MRI対応心臓植込みデバイスの術後、MRI検査を実施するためには、循環器科医がMRI検査を依頼、患者がMRI対応植込み型デバイスを明示したカードを提示、 MRI検査マニュアルとチェックリストの遵守、 MRI検査直前直後に循環器科医がデバイスチェックと設定をおこなう。循環器科医は診療放射線技師、放射線科医師、臨床工学技士と連携、協調する必要がある。
To undergo MRI with MRI-conditional implantable cardiac devices, cardiologist confirms pre-MRIcondition and orders MRI. The patient presents the card indicating MRI-conditional devices.Radiologist performs MRI based on the joint protocol and checklists. Cardiologist checks and programs the devices pre- and post-MRI. All of radiologic technologist, radiologist, clinical engineer, and cardiologist should cooperate to perform MRI with MRI-conditional devices.
