植込み型心臓デバイスは、循環動態を不安定化する有症候性不整脈に対する治療である。条件付きMRI対応心臓デバイス植込み症例の検査を安全に施行するには、不整脈の病態、臨床上の問題点、治療について知り、心臓デバイス治療に対し理解を深める必要がある。
MRI conditional devices are the treatment to the symptomatic arrythmias which lead instability of the circulation dynamics. In order to keep the safety of the MR examination with MRI conditional devices, it is necessary to understand to the clinical problems of arrhythmias and the treatment of the cardiac devices.
