乳癌に対する乳房温存術は根治性と整容性が両立しなければなりたたない。乳腺外科、放射線科、病理診断科の協力によって、病巣範囲を正確に把握し、必要十分量の切除範囲を適格に決定し、皮切、乳房切除法、乳房形成法、病理学的診断を工夫して行い、患者側も医療側も満足の得られる乳房温存術を実施していくことが重要と考えている。
It is very important in breast-conserving surgery to achieve the curative and cosmetic outcome for the patient with the breast cancer. We have been contriving the technique and the method without the post-operative radiotherapy for breast-conserving surgery. Its know-how is shown in this article.
