痒いところまで手がとどく CVポートキットDewX

DewXはテルモ・クリニカルサプライ株式会社によって開発された新しいCVポート留置キットである。その大き
な特徴として、Xコーティング®を施されたopenendタイプのカテーテルとCVポート、逆流防止弁付きのピールア
ウェイシースがあげられる。DewXは、近年のCVポート留置キットのノウハウが集約された、本邦ではもっとも新し
いデバイスである。本稿では、その特性や使用法について解説する。
DewX® is a newly released device kit for totally implantable access port produced by Terumo clinical
supply Co. Ltd.. The main characteristics of this device kit are open-ended catheter and implantable
port coated with X coating® developed by Terumo corporation and peel-away sheath with backflow
valve. DewX® is the newest device kit in Japan that is concentrated of recent innovations of totally
implantable access port technology. This article explains the characterstics of it and how to use it.
