トリプルルールアウト（TRO）検査における至適造影方法の考案

近年救急外来でリスクマネージメントの観点からTRO検査を行う事が増えているが、様々な患者に対応する上
で今まで報告されてきた造影方法では造影不良による診断困難症例が散見されるようになった。本レポートでは、
新しい造影方法を考案し、その有用性について検討する。
Triple rule out (TRO) is a single study where you are trying to exclude the presence of coronary
artery disease — defined as stenosis over 50% — ruling out or ruling in aortic dissection and the
possibility of pulmonary embolism. It tries to cover the three main causes of chest pain in a single
examination. This report compared the new injection method and the conventional injection method by
triple rule out. The results demonstrated that the contrast enhancement of the pulmonary arteries and
aorta were high and the variation of the CT value was also small in the new method. Therefore, the new
method is a useful method for TRO.
