PETの装置、収集、解析の改良

PET装置の収集・解析技術の進歩は、高性能検出器の開発、3D収集技術、高精度な画像再構成プログラム、吸
収・散乱補正法の改良などに伴い、画質や定量精度の向上に大きく貢献している。近年では、複数モダリティの融
合画像技術が実用化され、技術革新が進んでいる。本稿では、これらPET装置の収集・解析技術の現状とそれらの
効果について概説する。
Recent progress in PET equipments and data analysis significantly improved image quality and
quantitative accuracy owing to the development of high performance detector, 3D acquisition technique,
reconstruction algorithm, and accurate attenuation and scatter correction methods. In this article, the
advance of the PET measurement and their impact in the clinical examinations are described.
