3Dトモシンセシスをルーチンで使いこなす

当院では、ブレストイメージングセンターのオープンにあわせて、3Dトモシンセシスによる健診を実施してきた。昨年12月より11ケ月間での受診者は2,734人で、6例の乳癌を発見した。このうち4例は1cm以下の超早期乳癌で、全例で3Dトモシンセシスでのみ病変の存在を指摘しえた。したがって、1cm以下の乳癌を診つけるためには、US+3Dトモシンセシスの健診が重要であると思われる。
今後はPEMとの併用健診を進めていく予定である。
We have been performing breast cancer screening using 3D Tomosynthesis since the opening of ourbreast imaging center last December. The number of women who underwent the screening during 11months since then were 2,734, and 6 breast cancers were found. 4 of these 6 were of very early stagebeing smaller than 1cm and these could only be found by 3D tomosynthesis. Therefore, 3Dtomosynthesis screening is very important for early detection of breast cancer that are smaller than1cm. We will also be combining PEM to this 3D tomosysnthesis screening.
