整形外科臨床診断におけるトモシンセシス撮影の有用性と可能性

当クリニックでは2013年11月の新規開業にあたり、X線透視撮影装置をベースとするトモシンセシスを導入し整形領域全般で使用している。この装置は一台の装置で撮影、透視、トモシンセシス、長尺撮影の検査ができるため検査効率が良い。本稿では代表的な臨床例を示し、トモシンセシスの有用性と可能性について報告する。
We have been using tomosynthesis imaging technique implemented on X-ray fluoroscopy systemsince we opened“ Ohno Orthopedics and Spine Clinic” on November, 2013. This X-ray system allows usextremely high patient-throughput examinations, and is also space-saving system with the capability ofradiography, fl uoroscopy, tomosynthesis and long‒view SLOT radiography. In this article, we will reportthe usefulness and possibilities of tomosynthesis imaging technique in orthopedic applications byintroducing representable clinical cases in our institution.
