Vero4DRTを用いた動体追尾強度変調放射線治療の臨床適用

当院では2011年9月に肺癌に対してVero4DRTによるリアルタイムモニタリング下の動体追尾定位照射を開始し、2013年3月には肝癌に対して本照射法を適応拡大した。さらに、2013年6月からは膵癌に対して、2014年9月からは肝癌に対してリアルタイムモニタリング下の動体追尾強度変調放射線治療を開始している。本稿では、動体追尾強度変調放射線治療の使用経験について報告する。
We have applied infrared marker-based real time tumor tracking (RTTT) clinically using the Vero4DRT system to treat lung and liver cancer patients since September 2011 and March 2013, respectively. In addition, intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) in combination with RTTT (RTTT-IMRT) has been successfully applied to pancreatic and liver cancer patients since June 2013 and September 2014,respectively. Here, we report our experience of RTTT-IMRT using the Vero4DRT.
