客観性を高めたStrain Elastographyの可能性

Strain Elastographyの表示方法を半定量的な表示方法に変更する事でびまん性肝疾患および肝腫瘤性病変についての有用性を検討した。結果はDataの取得方法を同じ方法で一定にする事でStrain Elastographyの評価においてもStrain Indexと血小板との間にある程度の相関が得られた。これによりShear waveと比較し深部病変の評価も可能であり、適応範囲が広く簡便で安価であるため臨床上の有用性は広く、今後の普及拡大が予想された。
We improved the display of Strain Elastography to the semi-quantitive method.We examined the usefulness of Strain Elastography about chronic liver disease and a hepatic tumors.In chronic hepatitis C, correlation of R= 0.62 was acquired between Strain Index and blood platelets.Strain Elastography is simple and wide use range as compared with Shear wave.Strain Elastography can be arranged to common equipment, therefore, I think that it is possible to spread function.
