大腸CTにおいて撮影法、腸管拡張法等の撮影技術は重要な項目であるが、読影技術も同等に重要な項目であ
る。大腸CTの読影の習熟には175例の読影経験が必要であるとする海外の報告もある。
良好な読影を行うには経験数を増やすことが最大の近道である。今稿では少しでも早く読影精度を上げていた
だくために、当院の経験をふまえ、注意点など大腸内病変の読影法について述べる。
