乳房温存術 整容性の見直し

2013年に人工物の乳房再建が保険適応となってから、乳がん手術後の整容性が益々重要となっている。個別化された手術術式の選択には、整容性の観点から優れる乳がん手術術式の選択も重要である。無理な温存術より、乳房切除後の乳房再建を行う方が、時に整容性にて優れることもある。しかし、乳房再建による合併症も経験しており、再建術のインフォームドコンセントが非常に重要と考える。
A cosmetic problem after breast surgery has been discussed to choose the appropriate surgical procedure for our patients. For achieving individualized surgery, we also pay an attention of cosmetic issue. Breast conserving surgery has not been first choice to recommend, we need to consider reconstruction of breast after mastectomy. However, surgeons must give either right information of complication or risk of recurrence in breast constriction, when informed-consent.
