当院で行っている乳癌手術における工夫

当院では年間約800例の乳癌手術を行っている。機能的かつ安全に乳癌治療を行うためには、乳腺外科医、放射線科医、病理医の協力が必要不可欠である。情報共有の場である術前術後のカンファレンスの実際を中心に、当院での工夫について説明する。
In our hospital, we perform breast cancer surgery about eight hundreds cases per year. In order to treat breast cancer functionally and safely, cooperation of the breast surgeon, radiologists and pathologists is essential.
