2013年、乳房インプラントは乳癌による乳房再建に使用する場合に保険適用となった。これにより、画像診断によるインプラントスクリーニングが一層求められる。
本稿では、MRIを用いた乳房シリコンインプラント検査について、症例を呈示しながら解説した。
From 2013, breast implant is covered by insurance for patients who undergo breast reconstruction due to breast cancer. This brought increasingly demand for implant screening on diagnostic imaging.
In this section, MRI clinical case reports are used to explain the silicone implant assessment.
