近年のCT装置の進化は日進月歩であり、装置の高速化、高分解能、広いカバレージなど進化を遂げており、これにより被検者は低侵襲に検査を受けられるようになった。造影剤自動注入器（以下Injector）においてもCT装置の進化に応えるため、低侵襲、正確で再現性のあるプロトコル、造影検査を安全に受けられるような機器、Network Systemも開発している。
Recently, CT contrast study has been diversified and various protocols, devices have been developed. DUALSHOT GX7 is a contrast medium injection device which was developed based on some complex theories to enable the easy setting for users. We describe our safety management of the new protocol and contrast examination in this article.
