〜Iliocaval Venous Stenting〜

ヨーロッパにおいて慢性静脈疾患に認可されている静脈ステントsinus-Venous Stent（OptiMed）を用いて治療したIliac compression syndrome（May-Thurner症候群）の2例を報告する。また慢性静脈疾患（Chronic venous disease：CVD）についての現時点での治療戦略をいくつかの文献を用いて概説する。
In this article, we present two cases of iliac compression syndrome (May-Thurner syndrome) treated with nitinol sinus-Venous Stent (OptiMed) that is available for chronic venous disease in Europe.Furthermore, we briefly summarize the therapeutic strategy of chronic venous disease (CVD) along with review of literatures.
