Hiroshima High-Precision Radiotherapy Cancer Center (HIPRAC)
has just opened on October 1, 2015. This new cancer center is
designed to promote network-type outpatient radiotherapy from four
central hospitals in Hiroshima. The cooperation of medical information
through the VPN network between HIPRAC and four central hospitals
in Hiroshima was installed, enabling us to not only share the patients’
image data, but the TV conference as well. In this paper, I would like
to introduce our new cancer center and its activities.
2015年10月1日、JR広島駅・新幹線口から徒歩5分の場所で、広島がん
高精度放射線治療センター（HIPRAC）の運営が開始された。このセンター
は、広島基幹4病院とのネットワーク型外来放射線治療がんセンターとして、
VPN回線による画像連携やTV会議システムによるカンファレンス等が可能
な施設である。今回は当センターの紹介と新たな取り組みについて述べる。
