4D treatment planning workshopの紹介と画像誘導放射線治療におけるイメージング線量

Development of hardware and software improves the sophistication
of radiotherapy. Radiotherapy that uses images during a
course of treatment, namely image-guided radiotherapy(IGRT), is a
representative for advanced radiotherapy. In this report, I introduced
two papers relevant to IGRT. One is a report regarding fourdimensional
radiotherapy. The other is a review paper of imaging
dose from cone beam computed tomography.
近年の放射線治療はハードウェア、ソフトウェアの発展により、ますます
高度化している。照射前/照射中の画像を利用する画像誘導放射線治療は、
高度放射線治療の代表であると言える。本レポートでは、まず画像誘導放
射線治療の中でも特に注目されている四次元放射線治療に関するレポー
トを紹介する。次に、画像誘導放射線治療が普及するにつれて懸念されて
いるコーンビームCTによるイメージング線量に関するレビュー論文を紹介
する。
