頑張らないエラストグラフィ

乳房超音波検査におけるStrain Elastographyの有用性は国内では誰もが認めるところであるが、多くの報告
で結果がばらついている。これは、Strain Elastographyの撮像技術の差異によるところが多いと考えている。そ
こで、誰もが簡便に撮像でき、誤差が少ないStrain Ratioが得られる新しいStrain Elastographyを共同開発し
た。現在、当施設での検証試験がほぼ終了したため、「頑張らないエラストグラフィ」として、概略を紹介する。
Strain Elastography is the most noteworthy of the new technologies in recent breast diagnostic
ultrasound systems. But many reports of the Strain Elastography have some discrepancy about the
result of the utilities. I think it was caused by the examination technics.
In this paper, I will show a new Strain Elastography system with a few error of handling and selection
of Strain Ratio, was made by the research with Hitachi Aloka Medical.
