新旧超音波ダイナミックエラストグラフィーの肝硬度に関する比較検討

肝硬度の計測に関して、Transient Elastography（TE） （フィブロスキャン®）とShear wave
elastography（SWE）（VTQ®）は定評がある。近年新しいSWEが登場している。今回はその1つである、GESWEを前2者と同時に施行し、比較検討した。GE-SWEはカラーマップを有する点でアーチファクトを避けて肝硬
度評価が可能であり、TEやVTQ®とは良好な相関関係がみられた。
Liver stiffness evaluation by GE-Shear wave elastography (GE-SWE), it was compared with
the transient elastography and virtual tissue qantification with established reputation. GE-SWE
is a new elastography, it is possible to have a color map. A good correlation was observed in
the three types of liver stiffness measurements.
