救急疾患における心臓CTの役割

近年のCT装置の進歩は心臓領域における低侵襲診断を可能としたが、様々な限界も知られるようになってきて
いる。一方で、救急におけるCTの活用も進むと同時に心臓CTの救急での応用も試みられているが、広く普及する
には至っていない。
本稿ではSCCTのガイドラインを参考に現状の救急疾患における心臓CTの役割について述べるとともに、関連
する疾患の診断について解説する。
Recent development of computed tomography(CT) enabled less–invasive imaging for cardiac diseases.
Especially, in emergent department, CT plays an important role as a fast and less–invasive modality.
However, cardiac CT–especially coronary CT–requires prompt quality control in determining indications,
image acquisition, postprocessing and image interpretation.
In this article, we would like to make comment on the recent status of cardiac CT by referring recent
SCCT guidelines.
