救急領域のIVRにおけるZiostation2の活用～迅速かつ確実な手技遂行のために

Ziostation2で作成できる仮想透視画像は、実際の透視画面と並べて見比べるだけでCTのもつ詳細な解剖学
的情報を直感的に把握することができ、迅速かつ確実な手技の遂行に大変有用である。慣れれば3〜5分程度で簡
単に作成可能であり、外傷IVRをはじめ緊急時のIVRでも活用できる。
Our institution utilizes Ziostation2 that processes CT volume data and creates a virtual fluoroscopic
view that is a figure in which the trace lines are drawn along vessels related to the target lesions on
ray summation image, which is similar to fluoroscopy. This virtual fluoroscopic view provides clear
vessel branching patterns that can be displayed at any angle and will rapidly guide toward the target
lesion. It is easy to prepare and useful for a faster and safer procedure of interventional radiology.
