医療用液晶ディスプレイの発展は、高輝度化と高コントラスト化において顕著であり、高解像度化は、ピクセルピッチの
微小化ではなくより多くのピクセル数によるワイド画面化か特にカラーディスプレイにおいて著しい。各社より新しいマン
モグラフィ用のカラーディスプレイに今後の技術展開の方向性が見られる。
Medical displays recently have been improved especially in performances of high luminance and high
contrast. The resolution improvement has been achieved by wide-screen with more pixels rather than
by smaller pixel pitch, especially for color displays. The new technology trends of medical display can be
seen in newly developed mammography color displays.
