鎖骨下静脈からのストリークアーチファクトの低減
台形クロス注入法とSpiral Flow Tubeを用いた
生理食塩水の後押し効果の検討

近年、頭頸部CT Angiographyにおいて、鎖骨下静脈に造影剤が停滞して発生するストリークアーチファクト
が懸念されている。鎖骨下静脈への造影剤の残存は、鎖骨下動脈付近の疾病を診断する上で妨げとなる。本稿で
は、Phantom StudyとClinical Studyより、台形クロス注入法とSpiral Flow Tubeを利用した生理食塩水の
後押しが鎖骨下静脈からのストリークアーチファクトを低減することを実証した。
In recent years, the streak artifact caused by the stagnation of the contrast material in the subclavian
vein is a problem in head and neck CT-Angiography. The stagnation of contrast material in the
subclavian vein will be obstruction in diagnosing the disease near the subclavian artery. Our study
demonstrated that saline flush using trapezoid-cross-injection method and Spiral Flow Tube reduced
the streak artifact of the subclavian vein from phantom study and clinical study.
