乳癌手術後における放射線療法〜最近の知見と動向〜

乳癌の乳房手術後放射線療法は局所・所属リンパ節再発を抑止するのみでな
く、生存率にも寄与することが示されている。照射方法としては、乳房温存術後の
寡分割照射や加速乳房部分照射など、新たな方法も利用されてきている。乳房
切除術後の放射線治療は、腋窩リンパ節転移1〜3個の症例や胸骨傍リンパ節へ
の照射など、まだ議論の余地がある。
Radiotherapy after breast surgery reduced locoregional recurrence and
breast cancer death. With respect to breast irradiation after breastconserving
surgery, new techniques which are representative in the
hypofractionated breast irradiation and accelerated partial breast
irradiation are gradually spreading in Japan. Concerning post mastectomy
radiotherapy, the role for the patients with 1-3 positive lymph nodes and
the irradiation to internal mammary chain is still controversial.
