FPD装置における被ばく低減を目的とした撮影条件の検討、
線量指標の活用、および写損に対する当院の取り組み

当院のflat panel detector（FPD）装置は、2011年に初めて間接変換型の装置が導入された。当院は、FPD
装置が導入されて以降、従来のcomputed radiography（CR）装置と比較してさらなる被ばく低減を目的にいく
つか検討を行ってきた。本報告は、FPD装置を使用した被ばく低減法や線量指標（exposure index：EI）の活用
法、および写損に対する取り組みについて紹介する。
In our hospital,the indirect flat panel detector(FPD) system was introduced for the first time in 2011.
We have been investigating radiation dose reduction using FPD system compared to the computed
radiography (CR) system.In this report,we introduce radiation dose reduction method using FPD
system,clinical approach method of exposure index,and also efforts for retaking the X-ray image.
