乳がん検診の利益、不利益に向き合って

これまでは、乳がん検診の利益のみに目を向けた啓蒙活動が行われてきたが、今後は不利益に関しても受診者
に周知していくことが必要となった。特にマンモグラフィで高濃度、不均一高濃度の乳房において、検診感度が低
下することも周知していく必要がある。一方、過剰診断にあたる予後に影響を及ぼさない乳がんについて知見を求
めていくことが必要で、そのためには、国をあげてのがん登録の整備、運用可能となることが必須である。
Two faces, benefit and harm are exist in breast cancer screening
We have done breast cancer screening aimed for preventing breast cancer death. Some
epidemiologic issue showed that there is some breast cancer that will not deing, so such breast cancer
should not be find by screening. On the other side, sensitivity of the mammographic screening depends
on the breast parenchymal tissue density , so some prefectural rules in U.S that they must be known
the wemen who have done mammographic screening.
