J-STARTをうけて超音波の検診導入のためになすべきこと

がん検診に関する検討会の中間報告書には、超音波検査は将来的には対策型検診として導入される可能性が
あると記されており、さまざまな準備が必要である。マンモグラフィでは比較読影の導入が、超音波では従事者の
育成とともに機器の仕様基準や画像評価基準の決定と普及が必要であり、加えて、両検査の総合判定が乳がん検
診の精度向上と不利益減少のために必要である。
The interim report from the study group on what cancer screenings should be says, breast ultrasound
may be introduced for breast cancer screening in the future, so, various preparation is need. In the
mammographic screening system, introducing of the obligation to interpretation compared to previous
mammograms is need. In the ultrasonic screening system, the training of the pursuers, the decision and
propagation of the standard of the machine and clinical images are necessary. And decision system
synthesized both examinations is expected for quality control and reducing of the harm in the breast
cancer screening.
