Results of several phase 2 trials and numerous prospective and retrospective studies have been
published, but those of randomized control trials have not. Although promising results are seen in the reports,
some future topics to discuss remains. Therefore, it is required to judge carefully whether we conduct spine
SBRT in the daily clinic.
現在、脊椎SBRTに関する複数の第II相試験と数多くの前向き・後向き研究の結果が明らかとなり、その良好な成績から有望な治療と言える。しかし、未だエビデンスは不十分な状況であり、至適線量や線量処方法など議論が必要な点も多く、日常臨床で施行するには慎重な検討が必要である。
