本邦での陽子線治療の現状と統一治療方針

The number of institutes for particle beam therapy is increasing. The therapy has been performed in Japan
as advanced medical care. Japanese Society for Radiation Oncology (JASTRO) defined identical rule for indication
and treatment method in particle beam therapy, and the all data should be registered in the data-base. The society
should make an effort to accumulate scientific evidence for the therapy.
粒子線治療施設は世界的に増加しており、日本では主に先進医療として実施されてきた。日本放射線腫瘍学会は、先進医療として行われる粒子線治療の適応症と統一治療方針を作成しデータベースに登録することで、保険収載に向けてエビデンスの蓄積に努めて行く。
