知って得する面積線量計の秘密!?

面積線量計は血管撮影装置をはじめとして広く普及してきているが、我が国においてはその認知度は低く、線量
管理値として広く浸透しているとは言い難い状況である。更にその単位はGy・cm2で表示されるため、臨床での運
用が難しい値である。しかし、昨今話題のDRLsは患者被ばくを最適化し確率的影響を防ぐ目的があり,加えてIVR
では確定的影響も考慮する必要がある。この両者の影響を管理するには面積線量計の値が有用である。
Although the dose-area product meter has been widespread,the awareness in our country is low.It
has not been enough evaluated as a dose management value.Furthermore, unit of measurement is to be
displayed in“Gy・cm2”,it is difficult to make good use of value of dose-area product in clinical.DRLs has a
purpose to prevent stochastic effects to optimize the patient radiation exposure.In addition,it is also
necessary to consider deterministic effects in IVRs.The dose-area product is useful to manage the both
effects.
