遠隔読影システム運用におけるレポーティングシステム連携と活用

本稿は岡山県に拠点を置く中規模中核病院における遠隔読影システムの運用事例および活用状況である。数ある遠隔読影サービスの中、メディカルクリエートを選んだ理由は診療放射線技師が中心となって創設した企業であり、診療放射線技師と専門医との共同参画が期待できるからである。本システムの導入は当院の診療体制に沿った遠隔読影診断環境の整備に貢献している。
This report shows operation examples and practical use conditions of a teleradiology system in a mediumscale core hospital based in Okayama Prefecture. The reason we chose Medical Create Inc. from among many teleradiology services is that the company’s key founding members are radiological technologists, so the joint participation by radiological technologists and radiologists can be expected. By introducing this system, we have successfully created a teleradiology environment in line with our medical treatment system.
