〜利用する立場・診療放射線技師の立場からみた遠隔読影〜
運用経験から得た遠隔画像診断の利点と課題

放射線科医の慢性的な不足状況と高度画像診断機器の急速な普及に伴い、遠隔読影の活用は病院の規模に関わらず画像診断の一手段として定着している。当院においても院内の読影で賄えないものや専門性が求められるような特定の検査の画像診断に遠隔読影を利用している。本稿では当院の運用現状を紹介するとともに運用経験から得た遠隔画像診断の利点と課題について紹介する。
With radiologist’s chronic insufficient circumstances and the rapid spread of high diagnostic imaging equipment, the utilization of a remote interpretation of radiogram as one of means of diagnostic imaging has taken root, regardless of the scale of the hospital.
A remote interpretation of radiogram is being used for something even this hospital can’t serve by an interpretation of radiogram in the hospital and diagnostic imaging of the specific check which specialty is needed.This book introduces the advantage and problem of remote diagnostic imaging got from request experienceand the practical current state of use in this hospital.
