マンモグラフィ診断能力向上のポイント

マンモグラフィは乳腺疾患を診断する有効な画像診断の一つである。乳がんの早期発見及び診断を行うために担う役割は大きく、微細な病変を描出し的確に診断することが求められている。本稿では診断に適した画像の提供と読影の工夫を紹介する。
Mammography is one of the effective diagnostic imaging for diagnosing breast disease. It plays not only the major role for early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer, but it needs to describe micro lesions and accurately diagnose. In this report, we introduce the idea of image provision and radiological image interpretation suitable for diagnosis.
