乳房専用PETの画像診断の動向や最新の知見

乳房専用PET装置は、乳房専用の近接撮像型PET装置である。その高い空間分解により、これま
での全身PET検査では不可能であった高解像度の画像を得ることが可能となる。この乳房専用PETは
微小乳癌の検出をはじめ、様々な臨床応用への可能性が期待されている。本稿では、乳房専用PETの
現状と今後の展望について解説する。
