認定制度に必要な標準的読影法

大腸CTは本邦では欧米や韓国より普及が遅れていたが、近年急速に導入されるようになってきている。検査精度を保つうえで読影は非常に大切である。読影手法は標準化され、どこの施設で読影されても期待されている検査精度が担保されたほうがよいことは明らかであろう。本稿では現時点で「標準的」とされる読影手法について述べる。
In Japan, CT colonogarphy has been rapidly introduced in recent years. Reading is very important to keep examination accuracy. It is obvious that the interpretation method is standardized and it is better to guarantee the examination accuracy that is expected regardless of where the facility is interpreted. In this article, we will describe the interpretation method which is considered “standard” at the present time.
