乳がん検診における諸問題と展望

マンモグラフィによる乳がん検診は、世界的に確立されている。本邦でも受診率向上に向けた取り組みがなされ
てきたが、任意型検診のために真の受診率は不明である。その他にも様々な問題点が残されている。がん検診の
限界への理解や高濃度乳房への対策、検診および精査の質改善、などに向けて、乳腺専門医や放射線科医師、診
療放射線技師が積極的に関わっていくべきである。
Breast cancer screening by mammography is established worldwide. The effort for the increase of the
screening rate has been implemented also in Japan, however, the true rate is uncertain because of
opportunistic screening. Other various problems remained unsolved. Breast specialists, radiologists and
radiation technologists should involve for understanding of limitation of canner screening, responding to
dense breast, improvement of quality of screening and close examination, and so on.
