近年の放射線治療分野において、定位照射や強度変調放射線治療などの高精度治療の需要はますます高まっており、装置
開発や臨床研究も日進月歩である。本稿では、放射線治療分野における最新動向とトレンドと題して、本年度の診療報酬改
定のポイントも踏まえつつ、最新の技術や装置を紹介する。
In the field of current radiotherapy, the demand for high-precision treatment such as stereotactic body
radiotherapy (SBRT) and intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) is increasing more and more, and
new device development and clinical research are also progressing rapidly. In this article, we will introduce
the latest technology and equipment in light of the points of revision of Japanese medical fee in this fiscal
year.
