IDC35コイルは機械式デタッチャブルコイルで、離脱デバイスや事前準備が不要で、素早く扱うことができる利
点を有する。太いプライマリコイル径とファイバーにより強い塞栓効果を示し、EVAR術前の内腸骨動脈の様に太
い血管の塞栓に有用である。コイル挿入にはやや抵抗を感じることもあり、親カテーテルとして5Fr ImagerIIや
4Fr Tempo使用が推奨される。
IDC35 coil is a fibered detachable coil with powerful thrombogenicity. It can be handled without a
detach device or a preparation. 5Fr Imager II or 4Fr Tempo catheter is recommended for smooth delivery
of IDC35 coils. It is beneficial for the coil embolization of large vessels like internal iliac artery before
endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) with its large volume and heavily fibered system.
