BRTOによる肝脾硬度の変化

BRTO後の肝・脾硬度への影響を超音波エラストグラフィーにて前向きに明らかにした。肝硬度は術翌日に有意
に上昇し、脾硬度は観察期間中(術後180日まで)に有意な変化を認めなかった。門脈血流量は術翌日から上昇し続
けた。BRTOによる門脈血流量上昇の結果、類洞内うっ血が生じ、肝硬度が一時的に上昇したのではないかと思わ
れた。
The purpose of this study is to clarify prospectively the effect of BRTO to liver and spleen stiffness by
ultrasound elastography. Liver stiffness significantly increased on the next day after BRTO, but spleen
stiffness did not change. Portal flow volume significantly increased until 6 month after BRTO. The rise of
liver stiffness might be induced by the congestion in the hepatic sinusoid, which might be defined by the
inflammatory reaction and cell density.
