脳卒中および脳外科領域における診断から治療戦略まで考慮した自慢の造影CT検査法

急性期脳梗塞およびくも膜下出血などの脳卒中症例および脳外科術前シミュレーションに対する造影CT検査は、診断、治療戦略、および術式を考えていく上で重要な役割を担っている。本報告は、救急における脳卒中症例および脳外科領域に対する頭部造影CT検査法の工夫について紹介する。
Enhanced CT examination has an important role in diagnosis, treatment strategies and decision of the operation type such as acute cerebral infarction and subarachnoid hemorrhage for pre-operative simulation. In this report, we introduce techniques to head enhanced CT examination for stroke and brain surgery.
