Triple Rule Out（TRO）を攻略する

TROは胸痛の主な原因となる、冠動脈疾患と大動脈疾患と肺動脈疾患を一度の検査で診断する為の検査方法
である。TROの有用性は多くの論文で示されているが、被ばくや造影剤量の増大など問題も多い。そこで当院で
は新しい造影方法を考案し、検査を行っており、現在良い結果を得る事ができている。本稿では新しい造影方法に
ついて紹介する。
TRO is an examination method for diagnosing coronary artery disease, aortic disease and pulmonary
artery disease which are the main causes of chest pain.Although the usefulness of TRO is shown in
many papers, there are many problems such as an increase in exposure dose and in the amount of
contrast agent.Therefore, we devised a new contrast agent injection method and conduct inspections.
A good result of the new contrast agent injection method was obtained.In this paper, we introduce
the new contrast agent injection method we devised.
