大腸CT検査の有用性は、拾い上げ検査としての側面と精密検査としての側面がある。また、大腸内視鏡検査を
補完する側面も重要である。本稿ではこの側面から、精密検査を希望しない症例や大腸内視鏡検査不成功例、多
彩な病変を持つ症例について具体例を提示し概説した。症例に合わせて大腸CT検査を大腸内視鏡検査に組み合
わせて補完することにより、より確かな病変情報を得ることが出来ると考える。
The efficacy of colon CT Colonography has aspects as a screening test and a detailed examination.
The aspect to help uncompleted colonoscopy is also essential. From these aspects, we present specific
examples of cases that do not want to accept colonoscopy as the detailed examination, detailed
examination for unsuccessful colonoscopy, and case with several diseases lesions on colon. We believe
that more complete disease information can be obtained by complementing CT Colonography in
combination with colonoscopy in accordance with the cases.
