低侵襲であるカテーテル検査・治療の分野は、近年適応がますます広がってきている。インジェクターである
ACISTは投与流速と投与量を予め設定することにより造影効果を一定に保ちながら、一方で、空気圧式ハンドコン
トローラーの採用により、設定値以下の微量で繊細な注入も可能である。当院での使用経験と印象について報告
する。
Catheterization and cardiovascular intervention are covering more patients due to its minimum invasive
procedures. The ACIST injector keeps the contrast effects consistent by setting of the flow speed and
dose before the imaging. Furthermore, the air pressure handle controller of the injector could control
trace liquid injection, even in less than preset values. Our experience and impression of the ACIST
injector will be reported.
