スポーツ診療現場における超音波画像診断装置の有用性

トップアスリートを中心としたスポーツ選手専門クリニックである当施設での超音波画像診断装置の運用状況について紹介する。整形外科診療での利用頻度が高く、非侵襲的で簡便であり、リアルタイムに病変や所見について説明を受けることが可能であり、選手（患者）にとっても受け入れやすい検査ツールといえる。
In field of recent clinical sports medicine, Ultrasonographic imaging is widely accepted by not only sports physician but also athletic patients due to its advantage; painless, easiness and real time feedback. It will become more useful clinical tool by further research for the future.
