大腸CTの読影において真病変か偽病変かを判断するには2体位の比較読影が重要である。腸液に水没してい
てもMPR像で透亮像として描出されることもあり、2D読影も重要である。また、茎のある病変は2体位で位置がず
れて描出されることがあり、こういう病変があることを念頭に置いて読影することが重要である。
For the interpretation of CT Colonography, comparative interpretation of different positions was
extremely important to recognize true or false positive lesions. If the polyp existed in the intestinal fluid,it would be recognized as a translucent image by 2D view. Thus, the 2D interpretation is also essential as well as the 3D interpretation. The polyp which had a stalk was sometimes recognized in the discrete lesions by their positions of CT Colonography. Therefore, the consideration of this type of polyp is also critical for the interpretation of CT Colonography.
