MRI導入で進化する総合診療

新小岩駅前総合クリニックは、プライマリケアのクリニックとして2007年に開院し、2014年、クリニックを拡張
して、MRIを導入する機会を得た。その導入の結果、患者数・平均点ともに8～10％程度増加した。Vantage Elan
を選択した決め手となったのは、検査スピード・画像の解像度・サイズのコンパクト性であった。今後激化するであろ
う医療機関の競争の中で、MRI導入は有用な設備投資であったと考える。
Shinkoiwa ekimae general clinic was opened in 2007 as a primary care clinic in East Tokyo. The
clinic director had a chance of expansion in 2014 for the vacant tenant of the upstairs. He determined
MRI induction to respond needs of patients. He chose Toshiba Vantage Elan. 3 main point of choice
was examination speed, high resolution, and compact size. After induction , both Number of patients
and each cost increased 8-10%. MRI was effective capital investment as modality of contemporary
clinic.
