脳動脈瘤治療におけるWoven Endobridgeの現況

本邦でも脳動脈瘤治療においてFlow Diverterが認可され、現在では限定された施設のみではあるが、大型、巨
大動脈瘤に対して治療が行なわれている。新たな注目すべき脳動脈瘤治療デバイスとしてWEB(woven
endobridge)がヨーロッパを中心として使用されている。治療1年後の成績がされており今回はWEBについての最
近の論文をレビューする。
We have been able to use the Flow Diverter (FD) for the endova scular treatment of large or giant
aneurysm at some institutes in Japan. As a new endovascular device, the inrasaccular flow disruptor
Woven Endobridge (WEB; Sequent Medical, Aliso Viefo, California) has emerged in the past 5 years. In this
paper, we will report the feasibility and the mid-term follow up rel ated to WEB.
