本邦初の診断参考レベルが、2015年6月にJ-RIMEから公表された。一般撮影における現状までの線量管理と
DRLs2015の活用における効果を考察した。DRLs2015の使用により、医療被ばくの最適化とともに線量管理に
も役立つことが考えられた。
Diagnostic reference levels first published from J-RIME to Jun 2015. Here is discussed in dose
management until the present in general radiography and DRLs2015 effect. Likely due to use of
DRLs2015, as well as the optimization of the medical exposure dose management also help.
