膝関節のスポーツ外傷・障害

代表的な膝関節のスポーツ外傷・障害である前十字靭帯損傷、半月板損傷、離断性骨軟骨炎の3つを取り上げ、各々の病態、症状、画像診断、治療、予後などを述べる。いずれの疾患もCTやMRIなどを用いて適切な診断を早期につけ、次いで最適でかつ確実な治療を行い、早期にスポーツ復帰を目指すことが重要な鍵となる。
We describe the symptoms,diagnosis,treatment,prognosis of typical sports injuries and disorders of the knee joint,the first is anterior cruciate ligament injury,second is the meniscus injury,third is the osteochondritis dissecans. It is an important key to apply appropriate and early diagnosis by using CT,MRI,then to perform suitable and reliable treatment,and to aim for early returning to sports.
